It's never too early to spend time with relatives. The boys learn this lesson quite often ad we've been spending a lot of time with our cousin Kamera. She and the boys get to play while her mom is at work.
We started the fun early one morning we took a walk around town. Using what they've learned about city safety, the kids held hands while crossing the street. They were rewarded with a stop at the playground. This was a surprise to the cousins as I didn't tell them where we were headed. They ran off with excitement.
They took over the slide and wore themselves out, running around chasing each other. Caleb grew annoyed after a while, so we left the playground and did some more walking. Our second pit stop found us near a tree filled with pink flowers.
The kids used sticks to etch their John Hancock in the dirt.
Our walk ended at home, just in time for a nap. For all of us!
Note: Many of the photos were taken with Jacob planted on my hip lol. Leave it to my kids to challenge my skills and make me a better photographer :)
