Graphic Design: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email by October 12, 2010. I will then request your desired design specifications and/or documents and images you want to include in the design. If your design requires stock images, you will be need to pay the stock image balance before your final artwork is received. The design process will begin as soon as your design specifications, documents, and/or images are received. If you are not already a registered graphic design client, please be aware that you will need to register. You can do so by filling out the registration form here: http://victoriapeachdesigns.com/BecomeAClient.html Standard turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days for initial concepts and 3 to 5 days for requested revisions. If you are interested in faster turnaround time, please let me know in the comment section of the order form or via email when you receive your confirmation. Final Artwork is sent to you as soon as you approved your designs. If you request revisions after you have approved the design, you will be charged an additional fee starting at $10 (which is due before revisions are started). All communication is done via email and/or text message.

Photography: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via email by October 12, 2010. If booking a session, I will request more info from you; if ordering prints, I will send you a link to a private facebook album where you will then select the photos you want and the sizes from your chosen package(s); if ordering a CD I will also send you a link to a private Facebook album where you will select the photos you would like included on the CD. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your order. If you are interested in faster turnaround time, please let me know in the comment section of the order form or via email when you receive your confirmation. Depending on the type of session you would like to book will depend on the number of people included in the session at no extra cost. Please contact me if you would like to know the maximum number of individuals you may include. There is an additional fee of $10 per additional individual. (for example, family sessions may include up t o 4 people; $10 each additional individual) You do not have to pay for any additional individuals until your session date unless you would like to pay in advance.
