Lizzy {Aspiring Model}

Most people will agree that words like humorous, athletic, happy, and dorky usually aren’t used when describing the average model. Thankfully, Lizzy is not your average girl. When she’s not ruling the soccer or track fields at school, she is steadily building a modeling portfolio. Although the high-school student (who happens to be a member of the honor society, by the way) is a model in the making, Lizzy’s photo shoot proves she is ready for the camera.

Our session began with meeting with Lizzy, her mom, and my good friend Kathy, who has agreed to assist me with the session. The backdrop of buildings and business as usual made for the perfect casual downtown photo session, even though there were a number of creepers who approached us.

First, we were approached by some random who had the audacity to ask if he can take me camera so that he could take a picture of us together. Yeah, right. Now why would I just hand over to a stranger one of my most valuable possessions?!? He then found the nerve to ask if we had credit cards so that we could buy some diapers for him... no comment. After politely dismissing dude, we continued with the session. But the creepfest doesn’t end there. As we were about to wrap up the shoot we came across some guys who began to bark at us. I really don’t know what to say about that either. Did he think we would bark back?

Throughout the interruptions we were still able to make it a productive day.
