New Studio | Preview

Here's a preview our new studio. We're still working on it, so for now here is a glimpse of the waiting/meeting area (along with Caleb & Jacob breaking it in lol). Feel free to comment and let us know what you think. We will post an update once its complete :)

  

October 2012 Business Goals

We were able to get through all of our goals last month except for one. Here are our goals for this month:

1. Furnish our new location.
2. Plan a Customer Appreciation event and send out the invitations.
3. Start publishing a new business set template design once per week.
4. Attend a Chamber of Commerce event.
5. Tell someone new about our business at least 3 times per week.
6. Take a photo once per day using a professional camera not a camera phone.
7. Create our digital pricing catalogs.

September 2012 Business Goals

I want to start posting our business goals for the month so maybe we can stay focused on them and actually create a plan that will ensure the goals are accomplished :)

September 2012 Goals

1. Get our service/product descriptions re-written by Tyland Writings.
2. Support UrDreamPlanner by purchasing her book, 5 Steps for Maximizing Your Client's Vision for Wedding & Events.
3. Get our new business ventures setup so we can make the official announcement by October 2012.
4. Finalize everything for our big move scheduled for October 1, 2012.
5. Join the Chamber of Commerce.

2012 Model Program - Victoria Peach Designs Photography

Victoria Peach Designs is going to need models for 2012. If interested please read info below. Under 18 must have parent permission to apply.

Models will receive:

• Free prints for each session (2 8x10 prints to be received once 1st referral is received)
• Model rep cards to hand out with an incentive for others to book a session
• Digital images in low resolution to show off on your Facebook page
• Rewards for each referral
• 25% off prints & 15% off other products

Rewards:

• To receive rewards, referrals must book, pay for, and complete a photography session with Victoria Peach Designs using your name as a referral source. Credits for referrals start as soon as you sign on.
• For every person/group you refer, you will receive a $10 credit towards your print order & $5 cash
• After 8 referrals, you will receive a free 10x20 storyboard and the gift certificate per referral goes up to $20
• After 16 referrals, you will receive $150 towards your print order
• After 24 referrals, you will receive a CD of your images in high resolution with print release (10 image max)

I am looking for a male and female (& twins if possible) models of all ages. Race and Body Type do not matter.

(Babies, Families, Children, Teens, Seniors, Adults, Pets, etc)

Requirements:

• Must love being photographed
• Must live in the Houston, TX area or be willing to travel to the Houston, TX area
• Model (or parent of model) must have a Facebook Profile. We communicate with our models via Facebook. Request Victoria Peach as a friend if you haven't already.
• Must be a fan of Victoria Peach Designs.
• Must not represent any other Photography Studio
• Pay a $25 commitment fee if you are accepted (I only want people who are serious!) This will be used toward your print order. This payment will be due by January 31, 2012.
• Minors: Make sure your parents know you are applying and you have their permission. When we schedule an interview with you, at least one of your parents will need to attend as well.

IMPORTANT: What the Model Program is NOT
Our model program is not one of those programs where you pay us money, and we promise you exposure and try to get you into modeling agencies. We do not “market” you to anyone. We cannot promise you and will not solicit modeling jobs for you with any other agency or any other photographer.

While our model program will not market you as a model to anyone, if you wish to break into modeling, you can certainly list your time with us on your resume, and you can also purchase headshot packages from us as well that give you images to place in your portfolio.

If what you are looking for is a program to market you as a model to agencies or other businesses, this is not it.

In this program you work for us and you get the rewards mentioned above as you bring us others to have their portraits made.
